How the Course Works

While the White Card training course takes place completely online, the assessment is divided into two parts. The first is to be completed online, after you finish the online modules. Then you will need to call our company during business hours to complete the second and final part of the assessment. This telephone assessment only takes a few minutes. Once that is finished, you can print out your results and mail them to us to receive your White Card. You don’t have to be concerned if you are not accustomed to using computers. The course and the assessments are made to be user friendly. But even if you have some questions or run unto difficulties, we can help you out. Our customer support professionals are available during regular business hours, and they will assist you through the course as you need help.
